We have just released the final Version 4.1 Build 4268! There are a number of known issues but the general consensus is that there are no critical bugs and everyone is anxious to see Version 5.0 start to take shape. The version available for download comes with a complete installer, and it is safe to install over older versions. Performing an uninstall of previous versions first is not recommended unless you don't want to save your old configuration. Details about the release and download link are here.
