Version 4.2 Build 4389 Release

Version 4.2 can be downloaded here.
- Converted the signature cache to a true database to save RAM
- Fixed bug where spool folder was not being purged after 3 days
- Fixed "Download Chunks" and "Download Incompletes" features.
- Modified "Downloads Incompletes" function to work when part 1 is
missing (properly formatted yEnc posts only). - Improved performance for loading header information for previously
accessed newsgroups (spool files). - PAR/NFO/SFV files now bypass the lower end file size filter.
- Improved performance of on the fly filtering in the post list.
- More links to helpful information under the "Help" menu.
- Reorganized right-click menu options to control clutter.
