ubuntu and newsbin

I have just installt linux for the first time, got sick of microsoft hehe......

I have istallt the latest ubuntu, dont ever know if that the bedst linux for my laptop.

but anyway, now i need newzbin to work. i have installt wine, the right way i hope, and newsbin is installet to but, then i type ok at the upcommen startup message i get an error
some kind of torrurial will be wery helpfull

Can enyone help me, to total new on linux, and really wont want to go back to bill "a..hole gates"

there is a sticky at the top of this forum with quite alot of info about installing it on linux

what error comes up?

now i finally manage to install newsbinpro, but when i start it up, an error pops up, so i shot down the error message and it starts properly, for a time.

If i minimize the window, and try to maximize it again. the problem start i fails to respond, anyone have same problems or know how to fix it please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

im thinking that is the message of the day popping up? go to your options and then advanced and uncheck it.

if you are able to make it that far.
