Import Versions 5.XX Headers

Postby Maxdout38 » Sun Feb 06, 2011 10:32 am

Once the import take place, can you manually delete the SPOOL_V1 directory? (To save some room)

Also, is it ok to empty out the TEMP directory that has old nzb files?

Any other files or directories that can be manually deleted?

Thanks

Yes and yes. Spool_V1's left in case you want to run the old version again.

No much else to delete that takes up much space anyway.

I don't want to open a new thread and my issue fits perfectly here. :D

I imported the the headers for boneless and and core, etc. and under subject all headers showed up in 6 after it finished. But 6 still wants to download all available headers from the server. What have I done wrong? 140 mill headers alone for boneless, it is time consuming that's all so it is no big issue. Just a bit strange. :?

Any ideas?

cu

ps: Good work with the 6 :D kudos^^

It was supposed to copy over the "Range.db3" files from the old tree. If you'd already updated the groups in 6 before the upgrade, it won't copy the range.db3 over.

On the problem groups, if you copy the "Range.db3" from spool_v1 to spool_v6 it should remember where it last downloaded from.
