I clicked away accidently some panes. Now I have 2 panes and no bars at all. Newsbin 6..
How to retain?

Make sure the Search pane is visible, it should always be open. Use the View menu to enable/disable different panes. If you get really frustrated, you can always delete the workspace.xml file and start from scratch, but usually that's not necessary.

Exit Newsbin, delete the file "Workspace.xml" to completely reset the display.
Most of the panes can be opened and closed from the "View" menu too.
