Not responding 6.71RC1-4723

Hi,
I have been using newsbin for some time with no problems. I'm on a Dell computer with Windows 10.
I was running 6.62 last week I started having this problem.
1. Double-click a file it downloads with no problem.
2. Right-click a file and select, download to existing folder. File downloads with no problem.
3. Right-click a file and select download to existing folder, "then select" new folder" name folder, then open folder, then click save.
4. File, or files download but newsbin locks up
5. Close newsbin white box comes up saying newsbinpro is not responding.
6. Close program and re-open the files are downloaded.
7. I have uninstalled and reinstalled three different versions of newsbin with the same result.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

I think RC2 is coming out today.

I tried to reproduce it. Does it only happen if you do "Download to New Folder" multiple times? I followed the sequence and wasn't able to make it freeze.
