Status Bar: Time to finish current downloads

I know this is a small thing...But the "time to finish current downloads" status bar feature does not work for me..It shows only the time-to-finish of a few of the total files, therefore rendering it useless..I've found this item really useful in the past, but now "it don't work". Or, am I doing something wrong?

What version are you using?
Do you think it's related to the size of the files in the download list? Like the total size?

Size of each file is normal size , about 50 to 100 megs..
