New Popup says My Trial has expired!

I've started getting a popup telling me my trial has expired, asking me to pay.

The options are given to 'Purchase a new key' and 'Enter your existing key', every time I press Enter your existing key all my registration details are already there, so I press 'Click To Finish Registration' and I keep getting....
'Registration Failed with error Registration Failed - can't Contact Server'

I purchased NewsBinPro years ago, am also an unlimited Searches subscriber, so why is this happening? and how can it be fixed?

I'm using Version 6.56 Build 3339

In the help menu, under "register/Update key" re-register and then restart Newsbin. See if it still happens.

We updated SSL on our servers, I wonder if your version is too old now. I suggest you upgrade to the latest which is 6.73. You can get it from http://www.newsbin.com/beta.php

Either that or you have some security software interfering with Newsbin's registration mechanism.

Upgrading to the latest version seems to have fixed it.
But, now I have to learn new stuff, a lot of things have changed I have to get used to, that's why I stick with old versions I'm happy with because everything just works, I'm nearly 70 and I hate having to learn new stuff!

Thanks for the help...
