In some of my spool_v6 sub directories (groups, custom lists, etc)
If have as many as these files:

Range.db3
Storage.db3
Storage.db3-journal
StorageData.db3
StorageData.db3-journal


Which ones do I still need (or not need) if I'm only running the latest Newsbin version?

All of them. If you delete any of them you may lose an entire groups worth of header.

If you're running out of disk space, you could delete them all, set a short "Download Age" and then re-download "Download Age's" worth of headers.
