Show Post Special doesn't show all posts from 1st day

Postby ppan » Mon Oct 09, 2017 1:37 am

Sorry if this has been covered before, but I was a little surprised to learn that Show Post Special misses several posts.
For example, if set the start date to be 2/1, I see the first post on 2/1 at 23:15 (11:35 PM) . However, if I set the start date to be 1/31, I see the first post on on 2/1 to be at 03:17 (03:17 AM).

Why are several posts from 2/1 missing when setting the start date to 2/1? I had expected that all posts during the day (starting from midnight on 1/31) would be listed?

Are you using the calendar things or typing in a number of days?

It's taking the date you called out, then determining days, they going back in time N days. That's why you see only part of the first day. The oldest age is current time - N days * 24 hours.

I can tweak it to pull in more of the first day.

OK. Maybe set it fixed to include all E-mails starting from midnight (00:00) of the first day,and ending at midnight (24:00) on the last day.
