Error trying to Upload

I have a question in relation to uploading to a Newsgroup lets say a.b.test. Comes up with the following error
[03/15 22:17:12] ERROR NEWS SERVER ERROR: Usenet_Server Posting Failed: Server returned error, Unable to complete Posting:441 posting failed. "from" header not in internet syntax. e1
[03/15 22:17:13] ERROR Error Unknown Download Exception
[03/15 22:18:33] ERROR Server:Usenet_Server NNTPServer: Timeout - Waiting for Server to send Data:
[03/15 22:18:54] ERROR Error Unknown Download Exception
I go to the group and select Post to Group - Add files and starts coming up with this error.
I have posting privilege with Usenet Server and same thing happens if I try to send text or files. Strange because I have posted into groups before. I have Kaspersky disabled ..... am I missing something here?
