NZBs with extra head/meta nodes

<nzb xmlns="http://www.newzbin.com/DTD/2003/nzb">
<head>
<meta type="password">TEST</meta>
</head>
<file.....
Removing the head or meta node or just removing TEST resolves the issue.
Dropping the above in an otherwise working NZB results in an empty list too.
Currently using 6.90B1 Build: 5200
