I've started frequently getting the below message(s):
ERROR:Sqlite Error : Reports Unrecoverable error 26File: C:|Users\Joe\AppData\Local\Newsbin\DownloadMarker.db3
Should I just delete this file and let it recreate itself?

That's what I'd do. You need to exit Newsbin first.
