Old/Downloaded mixup
Posted: Wed Feb 16, 2011 9:55 pmI cannot figure out how the Old and Downloaded flags are supposed to work in 6.
"Hide Old" seems to hide both, and I cannot find a way to clear the Downloaded flag - this is a problem as "Read Post" seems to set Downloaded and I have found no way to stop this. This means there is no way to, e.g., check out a .nfo with ctrl-R and leave it for later; you have to turn off "Hide Old" to get it back next time you visit the group.
If possible, I'd like to see an option to let "Hide Old" do what it says, that is, hide OLD, and leave Downloaded alone. Also, it would be great if "Read Post" did not mark the post in any way, as, to me, this is more of a sneak peak, not a download.
