Resuming Download of a Single File

A partially downloaded file doesn't resume when restarting Newsbin. Resuming a download works fine when you stop and start the download of a file while Newsbin is still running. However, if you stop/start Newsbin then the partially downloaded file won't resume...it will start over. That isn't normal behavior...is it?

It's normal for B6.

The new memory mode downloading doesn't lend itself to saving and re-storing 1/2 way through a download. Not to say it won't ever save partials but, it doesn't now.

If the memory setting is set for 20MB and the file is 100MB then isn't the memory mode bypassed? It seems like resuming downloads should work in that situation. I can understand how resuming partial downloads would be more challenging if the partial download was held only in memory.
