Problems reordering download list

Postby jackholexxxx » Sat Mar 26, 2011 4:35 pm

If I select the last item in the download list and move it up one position, all is well. If I then move it back down one position, two items in the download list are now highlighted.

edit: to clarify I am using the up and down buttons in the GUI.

I too am exposed to the issue. The following was originally posted in the unregistered beta forum;

Since b7 moving a twistie in the download list up using "Move item up one line" and presumably down, in addition to moving the relevent selection, also adds the item below it and adds it to the selection making multiple moves unable to obtain the desired result.

In addition, changing the priority of items in this manner, doesn't appear to always have the desired outcome of having them change in download order, I have been suspicious of this since b2 (I did not try b1). Items at the top, thus moved, sometimes ignored until I kick it either by move to top (when already at top) or Control-Y. I am unable to say whether this behaviour would have been observed should they have made their way naturally to the top of the list.

Regards,
Francis.

Haha, I know you're on a one man mission to bring 'twistie' into the common vocabulary, but I fear you are doomed to fail. ;)

The use of that term has sort of made me ignore the issue.

Seems to be fixed now though.

Then let us never speak of it again.
