Hey I know this has been asked before. Where are the group DB files kept? I tried to compress a group folder it said it was 16GB. But I know that's false. I wanted to located and removed and re-add. In past this group has Millions of files and I keep getting a system crash. when it tried to update.

Typically this means there's something wrong with your PC. No software should be able to crash your PC.

If you start Newsbin, in the options select "Open Data Folder". From the open folder you'll see a folder called "Spool_V6". The headers are stored there.

16 gigs isn't unreasonable for Teevee if you keep many days around. You might want to set the "Storage Age" to something much shorter like 120 days. The "Display Age" determines how many days it loads. You might want to set this to something short like 10 days. Both settings will reduce how much RAM Newsbin uses when it displays the group data.
