6.80B11 - interaction between scheduler and performance opt

Postby stavros » Tue Nov 07, 2017 11:39 pm

Hi,

I have the scheduler set to enabled and the performance option - Pause D/l during UnRar/Repair also enabled.

With the new release, I've noticed that the pausing of the unrar/repair is now almost always unpaused well before it completes when the schedule setting is not paused, re-starting the download queue.

This used to happen occasionally before, but it looks like the checking interval for the scheduler state has been much reduced in this (or one of the recent) beta.

Would it be possible to make it so that the scheduler check honored the performance option and did not un-pause while an UnRar/Repair was ongoing?

regards
Stavros.

I didn't think "Pause during unrar" actually paused the download. It's more like it stops servicing the download list during unrar. I'll have to look the code over and see. It's possible they share the same flag somehow.

I'll check it out.
