If I want to cancel this download
From here, once you quit the app and try to reenter, it will crash every time.
Also, when newsbin client closes, the app does not handle that and crash with it while downloading a file from my Downloads.
File download don't have a Cancel, so once you have initiated a too large download your only course of action would be to kill NBRemote.
And by "kill" I mean this: http://www.tipb.com/2010/08/10/ios-4-features-background-app-killing/
Not sure what you mean. If you kill the app and start it again, it does not remember what you were doing previously and should just start up. It will certainly not "crash every time" as that implies you can't ever use the app again?
Yeah, that is not recommended. In fact I wouldn't recommend using the NB user interface at all while using NBRemote.
But shouldn't there be a cancel function?
I mean if you are downloading something, and you press Home button, then you try to openup NBRemote again, it will crash.
Would it be possible to handle this disconnection gracefully without crashing?
