Remove password after successful use to unRAR download

Recently I learned of the ability to provide unRAR passwords and have been using that feature since.

I was wondering if a future Newsbin update could be included to automatically remove a password from this list ONLY after a successful unRAR?

I have yet to see a reason to keep a pwd around once it was successfully used and I am aware that over time should this list of pwds grow too large, there could be a performance hit when unRARing.

Managing this list automatically by the program (perhaps with a checkbox option in the Preferences/Options) would make the newsreader even more convenient.

The issue is that some posting groups were using the same password for many posts. If it's true that they never repeat then I think it would be a good idea.

So, I'm not against the idea. I just need to make sure it doesn't break anything.

Are you manually adding the password or is it part of the NZB Filename?

I am manually adding it each time I import the NZB. I was not aware that these NZBs may actually contain a pwd - I should look to see.

The password is sometimes encoded in the nzb filename or inside the NZB.

<NZBFilename{{Password}}>.nzb for example.

Thanks for that. I will look tonight to see if the NZBs I am using have that entry.

I just took a look at a few different NZB files I downloaded, both inside and with the name. None had embedded pwds, so a manual add to Newsbin is needed.
