Links opening in Internet Explorer

Postby Mannypl » Sat Oct 01, 2016 8:33 pm

For a start I use Firefox as my main browser and is set as default. Sometimes I'll use Google Chrome. Sometimes I'll use Microsoft Edge.(Which is not half bad when you get the hang of it.) Why can't the links in MOTD be made to open in the computer's default browser? Not a criticism, just a suggestion.

Linkes from the help menu use the default browser. Links from the MOTD window, which is an IE window use IE because Microsoft chooses not to obey the system preference from their tools.

I'd have to replace the MOTD window with something else and that's a large undertaking.
