a.b.teevee ever coming back?

Postby seattlewag » Wed Dec 06, 2017 2:00 pm

My searches for a.b.teevee have not produced anything new since 12/1/2017.
Will it get fixed sooner or later or is it time to cancel Giganews sub?

I notice that regular people seem to be populating TeeVee these days. I'm not clear on how good the coverage it. The bot that posted the "FULL" posts is gone.

A New Bot was fired up on Dec 31 2017... It's starting to get its act together. TeeVee <tv@teevee.tv>.... I think Everyone will be happy once it fully kicks in.

Is there an easy way in newsbin to see what each post from tv@teevee.tv is?

I put "teevee" into the search tab and set if for "Poster" and a bunch of results returned.

I did ask Dex to look into why the whole line "tv@teevee.tv" didn't seem to return results.

Yes just change the subject field up top on the menu bar to poster field. Enter the posters name in search and only his posts will show.
Remember to turn the option back to subject filed when your done.

For those myself included using header searches/from newsbins search/ to find TV shows like we use to. Those days are over, you have to (should) join a an NZB service. These compliment newsbin. They are very simple to read up on and understand.

I found this out today (DUH) and for my 30bucks lifetime membership for the NZB service I chose Im getting my shows quickly and stress free. No more Amazon web service when you don't want to wait 3 or 5 days for a header on nwesbin search to popup.

Newsbin /w search
Newhosting
NZBGeek lifetime

100% happy

Make sure newsbin is running doble click the D/l in crome window or were you saved the NZB goto newsbin and you will see it downloading... These goto weird groups are complete..

There has been an inordinate amount of SPAM as of late in the teevee type groups, so downloading headers is out [for now].

A Newsbin search that I've had luck finding most of the TV series I want to see is as follows:
Code: Links not allowed for unregistered users
s01e | s02e | s03e | s04e | s05e | s06e | s07e | s08e | s09e -german -french -hebrew -spanish -japanese -viet -hebsubs -videomann -nlsubs -nl -sample
Tweek it to fit your needs and have phun. Hopefully the news service providers will get the SPAM onslaught worked out sooner than later.
