default video viewer

How do I set my video viewer back to the newsbin default viewer

Newsbin doesn't have a default viewer. It just uses whatever is set in Windows. I'd probably just re-install what every video player you like to use.

Open Folder video is in, right click it, select "open with...", check mark always use box, select VLC
