payment for Search suspended

Postby cailean » Wed Jan 16, 2019 6:04 pm

Hi,

Just had an email from Paypal saying "DJI Interprises, LLC has suspended your automatic payments. Contact DJI Interprises, LLC for more details"

I have been subscribed to the Standard Internet Search for the last 6 years.

is there a problem?

Dex will be back on this evening. I'll ask him about this. It's not something we've done. Might be best to submit this to the help form on the main Newsbin website. That tends to get faster response.

It just means your credit card expired. PayPal is managing your subscription and they couldn't bill you for the next subscription period so they cancelled the subscription. Interesting wording saying we are the ones who "suspended" your subscription, we have no control over it.

At this point it's easiest to just go into the Newsbin Control Panel and start up a new subscription. Do this by clicking the Help menu option from within Newsbin and select "Search Control Panel".

PayPal failed to bill you on January 3rd for whatever reason, it doesn't matter. We have no visibility into your payment info and no control over what PayPal decides to do. The only solution is for you to start a new subscription.
