Version 5 says I am not registered after upgrading from V4.x
Posted: Mon Oct 03, 2005 3:41 pmVersion 5 requires that you re-enter your registration key when you first install it. Your version 4 key will still work. If you lost your key, you can retrieve it using our Lost Key Request Form.
