I did an in-forum search with no results (with a google I got a hit on this forum but wasn't allowed to go in ?????)
Anyway, what does the message: "Failed Download SPAM:RAR Contaians EXE Payload: XXX" mean? Looks like a virus filter but i can take care of those without newsbin doing that for me.

You can disable the checker in the spam filter options. In 6.3 and newer, you can bypass this check with "Ctrl-Y" queuing.
