Internet search and watchlist issue

I use the internet search combined with watchlists to auto download each week. But at least twice recently this has failed.

I think the issue was on the internet search side, it looks like posts stopped updating for a day or two, then all the posts seemed to be added at once. I've manually search and not seen files returned from the search. Then I search the next day and there they are. Problem is the Post date seems to reflect when it was posted to usenet, not when it was added to the search engine. Hence there are post dates of yesterday even though the search found nothing yesterday.

That means the watchlist that scans every half hour uses the date of the last search to reduce the results, but that date too corresponds to the usenet post date. The posts eventually got added to the search engine, but because the post dates were in the past, the download never kicked off.
