6.90 DownloadMarker.db3 errors

[03/07 14:37:04] ERROR Sqlite Error : Reports Unrecoverable error 11File: C:\Users\jim\AppData\Local\Newsbin\DownloadMarker.db3
The downloads appears to work.
Should i be concerned with this?
How can I get it to go away? If i rename the db3 file will it recreate it fresh?
Using 6.90 build 5524
