Making the Password Manager more easy to use

put in the settings a place where you can configure to clean out the pw manager every x days / at nb start
when it has more than x passwords in the list
why: most dls / nzbsI get from forums have a different pw on each dl so no need to keep the pws over days / weeks
which produces a big list which the makes nb slow - pws are read via the name of the nzb file anyway most of the times and
at the moment I have to clean out the pw list at least once a week manualy
would be nice in any future version
