Forum Server Time...

I messed up the time on the server, it was set for 12 hours in the future when I was trying to correct a 25 minute drift. When I corrected my error (15 hours later), it broke posting because the forum won't let you post a reply to something posted in the future. I put a hack in to allow posting but some posts will appear to be out of sequence for the next 12 hours.

Thanks to Smite for pointing out the posting problem, I blindly fixed the server time without realizing the implications.
