I've noticed a new behavior, of postings that look like they are complete and should download changing status to "queued for download", but nothing further happens.
Any suggestions??

You could try this one and see if the symptoms change. RC3 re-introduces support for older stored header formats.

Before I install this could you tell me a little more of what it is? Does it overwrite what's installed now (6.90B12/5396)??

It's the latest version of Newsbin RC3. I was going to put it up on the forum today but I need to update the release notes so, it'll probably be tomorrow.

It's almost release ready. I can only think of one last thing I want to add to this version.

It's a normal installer. It'll overwrite B12 which is already decently old.
