Login and Database search failed

Hello,

You make it very hard to purchase a licence. How come that all the (personal) login names that I want to use already exist? E.G.
leendertpeter
lexpeek
leendertpeek?
Thereby it is remarkable that I am logge in in this forum with a name I cannot use if I want to purchase a licence?
Also when I want to retreive Login data I get the message 'Database search failed'.

The two things, purchase and logging into the forum are different.
