slow download in nbp, not in SAB

slow download in nbp, not in SAB

Postby raw_toe » Fri Mar 20, 2020 11:40 am

hi

i'm using astraweb and supernews and can't seem to get fast downloads in newsbin pro. I have 500/MB fiber. When I download through SABNZBD I get a consistent 50MB. I have setup NBP using same settings, encryption, port number, number of connections and I rarely see over 10MB.

speed limiter is NOT on and I've tried downloading a file from NBP, then doing it in SAB immediately after and the speed difference is just as large.

Any ideas?

Do you see any errors in the logging tab during download? How many connections are you using?

First thing I might try is disabling one of the servers, try some downloads, then disable the other server and re-enable the first then try some downloads. See if the symptoms change.

if I disable one the other one is fast. seems I cant have both enabled at once. I had priority set to 1 and 2. weird.

How about setting both to priority 1? As long as neither is metered, setting both to 1 will give you the highest speed.
