Problem with 4K Monitor

Got a new 4K monitor. Text in the download and Search windows is OK, but all of Newsbin's icons are extremely tiny. Any setting that can be changed? I can't find anything.

In the shortcut that starts Newsbin. I believe you can tell windows to scale Newsbin for your 4k monitor.
I think it's under "Change High DPI Settings".
