Is there a way to tell Newsbin to decode rars without pars ?
I have a lot of rar-sets, complete, without errors.
These fill my download folder, since Newsbin will not decode them automatically.

What version are you using?
As long as Autopar is enabled and the RARS are grouped together in the download list, Newsbin should attempt to unrar them even without PARS. On the other hand, not having pars means nothing can be repaired if it's even slightly damaged.
